Join an Existing Welfare Board

Step One

Sign Up

Complete the sign up form to tell us about your port, your role and your organisation so that we can create an account for you. After submitting, you will receive an email to verify your account.

Step Two

Verify Email

You must verify your email within 48 hours, otherwise your account request will be automatically deleted. Once verified, you will then be taken through the onboarding process and may request to join a welfare board for your port. If an active welfare board does not exist for your port, and you are interested in getting involved, please ask the port owner or authority to nominate you as a Seafarers’ Port Welfare Liaison.

Step Three

Join the Team

You request to join a welfare board will be reviewed by the administrator within two working days. Once accepted, you will be part of a team that reviews and improves seafarers’ welfare in your port or ports.
